I first stepped foot into the Reebok CrossFit Glevum as a wreck. I was overweight, clumsy, in the middle of a divorce, sleeping on a friend’s sofa waiting for a new place to stay, and struggling in a job which was not what I expected it to be…
Fast forward 11 months to today and I am now 20KG lighter. I am stronger, faster, fitter and even smarter. I am proud that I eat, sleep, walk, and talker better…I now laugh loud and smile more often.
Reebok CrossFit Glevum is a place like no other. You will not find huge mirrors, shiny machines, bright lights, or Instagram divas.
However, what you will find here are everyday people like you and me; They will carry and support you through some challenging but yet rewarding workouts and be there to cheer, support, and praise you throughout the whole experience.
I had never enjoyed or had been successful with exercise and gyms in general until I tried a community workout at Glevum. Now 8 years on and I am getting up to train at 6 AM each morning.
Here you’ll find that the atmosphere in classes is amazing, the workouts are challenging but yet always fun.

I joined in June 2018, having tried pretty much everything else and was at the end of my tether. At the time I was struggling to get motivated to attend the typical soulless gyms and lame circuit.
