Workout Of The Day

Over 5 sets, build to a 3RM Thruster.
3-3-3-3-3

Rest 2-3 minutes between sets.

With a partner, complete as many rounds as possible in 9 minutes:

3 Thrusters, 42.5/30kg
6 Burpees, lateral over-the-bar

Training Notes:
With a friend alternate complete rounds to perform as much work as you can within the 9 minute window. Choose a weight that you can comfortably perform 10+ reps whilst warming up as sets should be completed fast. A good aim on this workout would be for each person to complete somewhere between 8-12 rounds. If that is not possible, scale reps, and/ or weight as necessary.
