Workout Of The Day

Every 3 minutes, for 15 minutes (5 Sets):
Back Squat x 3 reps 

Build to a 3RM over the course of the 5 sets.

For Time:
10 Air Squats, 15 Toes to Bar
20 Air Squats, 15 Toes to Bar
30 Air Squats, 15 Toes to Bar
40 Air Squats, 15 Toes to Bar
50 Air Squats, 15 Toes to Bar

Time Cap: 10 Minutes

Training Notes: A tough couplet of 150 Air Squats and 75 Toes-to-Bar. With a tough 10 minute time cap we will see the need to move fast in order to get anywhere near completing all of the reps. Some of you may also recognise it’s similarities to the CrossFit Games Open Workout 17.1.
