50 Box jump, 24/20”
50 Jumping pull-ups
50 Kettlebell swings, 16/12kg
Walking Lunge, 50 steps
50 Knees to elbows
50 Push press, 20/25kg
50 Back extensions
50 Wall ball shots, 20/14#
50 Burpees
50 Double unders

Training Notes:
The Filthy Fifty, it’s one of our favourites and everyone knows it. Today we have 10 different exercises, 50 reps of each, 1 time through as fast as you can. This chipper intentionally has large chunks of work you have to complete before you move on to the next one because part of variance is working with low repetitions to high repetitions and everything in between. However, in this workout there are several ways we can attack this; The Dirty 30s or maybe we complete it as 30 minute AMRAP.
