At Reebok CrossFit Glevum, we offer more than group classes. Our coaching team works one-on-one, in private sessions with athletes to support their health goals. We find that individual attention increases motivation for people who train with a coach. As a result, they see big improvements in health, body composition, strength, mobility, and endurance.

Private Training at Glevum is the fastest, most successful and motivational way to reaching your personal health and fitness goals. Here your Personal Coach will work with you to help define goals, assess where you currently are, and then design a program and strategy to help you achieve the best possible results. Private coaching is recommended for anyone who has specific goals, would benefit from extra accountability, and those who have been inactive for six months or more.

As a Private Training client you will receive:

  • Consultation: An initial in-person meeting with your coach to discuss your goals, current nutritional and lifestyle habits, and physical capabilities.
  • Program Design: A fully customised individual training program that is based on initial assessments and reviewed by your coach weekly.
  • Support & Accountability: A 20-minute check-in and review every 4-6 weeks with your coach to discuss your program and ensure continued success.
  • Progress Tracking: Access to our online training diary for you to measure and analyse your historical progress data.
