Sometimes just opening the door and walking in can be the most difficult obstacle to overcome. We understand.

You don’t need to be in shape or have any experience to walk through our door and get started with us. We offer beginner training through our Fundamentals Program, here you will have the opportunity to work with one of our coaches in a private setting.

We provide our members with a new and exciting workout each and every day. With our training, every class you come to will have an expert Coach who will warm you up, demonstrate all the movements in the workout and guide you through to ensure you get the most from your time spent in the gym. Your Coach will also ensure you are doing movements safely and efficiently while motivating you throughout the entire session.

Our workouts are for individuals looking to be lean, strong and healthy for the long-haul. Our program is comprised of movements and methods that are based on functional movements that will help you in everyday life and deliver the most efficient ways to improve body composition. These 1-hour, small-group training sessions are all looking and feeling your best whilst also being prepared for life’s daily challenges and adventures.

  • FREE Online Workout Journal: Log & track your improvements through your smartphone. Monitor your progress, record your personal achievements and get feedback in real time from your coaches.
  • World Class Facility & Equipment: All of our members have access to the very best strength and conditioning equipment currently available. In addition, we have a shop offering quality balanced pre/post training snacks and drinks and a dedicated treatment room for physical therapies.

Cooling-Down After Workouts?

It is largely accepted that warming up helps prime ourselves and increases our performance in workouts yet the jury is still out on whether or not performing a cool-down can improve our recovery and reduce muscle soreness.
