Growing up nearby, Walt was always riding outside on his BMX bike and playing every sport possible. He continued staying active through school sports and at the local rock climbing centre. Walt also spent many winters throughout his childhood in France on the slopes, skiing. He loved the excitement, precision and technicality of skiing, but knew he needed something to keep him active during the off-season.

Finding CrossFit through our popular Teen’s program, Walt soon became hooked. After a few years of being a member himself, it felt natural to begin coaching, studying strength & conditioning, and help make a positive impact on others through health & fitness.

Walt believes that functional fitness is a major part of living a long, healthy, and happy life. His goals at Reebok CrossFit Glevum are to keep athletes motivated to live an active lifestyle in and out of the gym. He Loves to help people reach their best self, and make each person’s day a little bit better than when they entered the gym.
