Rosie has been active within CrossFit for over 5 years. During this time she has gone on to become one of the county’s best trainers having achieved CrossFit Level 2 Status, as well as boasting qualifications from OPEX, and Precision Nutrition.
She enjoys helping members work toward their unique goals and celebrates with them when they reach success. A former competitive dressage and show jumper for 10 years, Rosie found CrossFit as a natural extension of her sporting background. Rosie embraces the “Fit for Life” mentality by trail running in the hills nearby, walking her & Dan’s two cocker spaniels, and enjoying the UK Summer by swimming in the lakes in Cirencester.
Rosie studied her Business Management degree at nearby Hartpury College and is now Glevum’s Gym Manager and Athlete Co-Ordinator.
