Rosie opened Reebok CrossFit Glevum alongside Dan in 2011. She is now a Certified CrossFit Trainer (CF-L3) and also heads up all of our Nutrition Coaching. Having a keen interest in linking fitness with a healthy balanced lifestyle she enjoys helping members work towards their unique goals and celebrates with them when they reach success.

Growing up in Cyprus Rosie had a very active childhood outside, spending all of her time with her beloved horses. A former competitive dressage and show jump rider, Rosie found CrossFit as a natural extension of this. Rosie embraces the “Fit for Life” mentality by having a keen interest in cooking good food, keeping active outside - running up the nearby trails, walking her & Dan’s two cocker spaniels, and swimming in the nearby lakes in South Carney.

Rosie enjoys helping people feel better in themselves, encouraging them to push outside of what is comfortable for them and become the best they can be. She sees her fitness and health as a top priority and believes that every one should value their health above all else, she loves to encourage members to get outside and use their fitness.
