From a young age Liam had a passion for sports and fitness. He grew up playing rugby and football, going swimming and basically spent any other time getting outside. A little over four years ago, alongside university studies, he started working at a nearby senior school as a coach delivering strength & conditioning training to help improve skills in their respective sports.
In order to keep his mind and body prepared, Liam put an emphasis on daily fitness and eventually CrossFit. Since discovering it online in 2012 he has continued to seek out different and engaging forms of Strength and Conditioning to keep him in shape.
Liam loves helping athletes grow inside and beyond the gym by providing the necessary tools to move effectively for longer and healthier lives.
