Our goal at Glevum is to provide our members with a fun path to achieving their health and fitness goals. Getting fit and healthy shouldn’t be boring. It should be fun, varied and done with friends! Our team of professional coaches are experts in combining the best results-based training and nutrition principles with a heavy dose of encouragement, accountability, creativity and laughter. The result is a supportive community of individuals who encourage and celebrate each other’s success.

The goals of our members are extremely diverse. To serve these varied needs, we offer goal-based programs and coaching options. Whether your aim is to loose weight, get active again after being sedentary for too long, or find your peak athleticism so that you can dominate those weekends hobbies, we have a program for you. Our coaches are trained to listen and determine the best way to help our members achieve their goals.

  • Private Coaching: - Private coaching at Glevum is the fastest, most successful way to keep motivated and reach your personal health and fitness goals.
  • Group Fitness Classes: - No more planning your own workouts and hoping you’re doing them right. We provide a new workout each day to complete with the support and encouragement of your friends.
  • CrossFit Kids Classes: - We teach children to love fitness by placing our emphasis on FUN.
  • Nutrition & Lifestyle Coaching: - We don’t prescribe “quick-fix” diets. We educate our clients and help them implement a nutrition and lifestyle plan that will be sustainable for the rest of their lives.
