Every minute, on the minute, for 16 minutes:
Station 1: 10 Lat Pull Downs, banded
Station 2: 10 Tempo Ring Rows/ Strict Pull-ups
Station 3: 10 Dumbell Rows, each arm
Station 4: Rest
In order to measure progress and to develop week-to-week. Ensure you are record your notes as much detail as possible.
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 10 minutes of:
15 Kettlebell Swings
Simple but yet effective. Choose a weight that will allow you to push to stay unbroken on every round. If you are looking to improve your “fitness”, be sure to run hard and start fast. Do not use the run as an opportunity to rest.
