Workout Of The Day
On minutes 0, 4, 8, 12 and 16:
Deadlift 3 reps
On minutes 2, 6, 10, 14 and 18:
Bench Press 3 reps
Load two barbells and go as heavy as you safely can.
Get nice and warmed up, then give it everything you’ve got.
Barbell & Weightlifting @ 18:30hrs - OPEN TO ALL ABILITIES
Clean & Jerk for load:
Build to a 1RM Clean & Jerk before dropping to 80% and completing 10 additional reps for quality.
