STEP 1: COME IN FOR AN INITIAL CONSULTATION

As a small, community-based facility, it is important for us to get to know all of our potential clients. To accomplish this, we ask that all of our new members start by setting up an initial consultation with one of our team of coaches. Here we can answer any questions you may have regarding our training, as well as get a feel for how we can best help you reach your goals. We will also present you with all of your potential options for joining our community.

We are looking for people with a positive attitude who are committed to becoming fitter, healthier, and more aware of their true physical potential.

STEP 2: INTRODUCTION & STRUCTURED TRAINING

To ensure a true progression is followed, everyone who trains with us here at Glevum must first begin their journey with our Prep Course Training.

We are a school of fitness, which means our classes look a lot different to any other group exercise class. We look to empower our clients with the knowledge they need to reach optimal health and maintain it for years to come.

Yes, you will eventually have the opportunity to graduate to Group Classes; however, before that we need to ensure you are both safe and competent to join in. With that in mind, you will start off by completing a minimum of 6 one-on-one or semi private training sessions. Private sessions can be booked anytime during the day to accommodate your schedule.

During the Glevum Prep Course, you will become familiar with all of the essential movements to ensure your success with our regular group classes. In addition to learning movements such as squats, presses and various bodyweight movements, you will also receive instruction about nutrition, mobility, injury prevention and proper warm up techniques. By the end of this course, you will know exactly what you need to do in order to get maximum results from your training.

STEP 3: COACH-LED GROUP CLASSES

Once you’re competent in most of our common movements, we have assessed your specific needs and you are confident in your training, you are free to begin group classes. If your fitness goals are to improve body composition, mobility, stability, strength and aerobic capacity for the purpose of living a longer, healthier, more fulfilling life, then this program is for you!

These 1-hour, small-group training sessions are all about looking and feeling your best and being general physical prepared for life’s daily challenges and adventures. Glevum offers two levels of membership, Standard or Premium, both of these provide all members with personal hands on coaching.
